Love steak? Consider yourself a steak connoisseur? Well then you must try VG Meats Bone-in New York Striploin Steak. It is absolutely amazing and even better when topped with homemade horseradish parsley butter. Re-creating this amazing recipe was my challenge from VG Meats, who has their recipe from the youngest “VG” brother Kevin Van Groningen, featured in LCBO’s Food & Drink Magazine early summer issue.
The results were amazing and drool-worthy! The hubby was in 7th heaven . . . especially because he ran a 10k earlier that day – talk about an awesome reward for a job well done! We served the steak sliced family style as recommended, with two of our favourite sides: grilled asparagus and of course our beef bacon stuffed sweet potatoes (using VG Meats delicious beef bacon).
