Pumpkin Streusel Coffee Cake

I found this recipe on Pinterest and this is one of the best coffee cakes I have ever made! It is the perfect Fall treat, and it is soooooo delicious!

My Notes:

– I only used 4 tbsp of unsalted butter in the streusel and that worked perfectly fine

– I used 1/2 cup of PC Greek 0% Yogurt with Honey instead of plain yogurt because that is what I had in the fridge!

– I actually used 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree I had frozen and it worked great, so don’t be afraid to freeze any leftover pumpkin puree you have and use it later for baking.
